Privacy notice

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, subject and message you provide. We use them for one purpose only: to read and answer your enquiry. We also record the IP address the enquiry was sent from, solely to limit automated form abuse.

Where the data is stored

Enquiries are stored in our own database on a server in the European Union, and are forwarded to our staff by email so we can reply. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing or profiling.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. It records the page you viewed, the website that referred you, your browser, operating system, device type and country, and which of our buttons and links were used. It never receives anything you type into the enquiry form, and we only ever see the figures in aggregate. Umami is provided by Umami Software, Inc., which processes these statistics on our behalf and may do so outside the European Union.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and delete it when it is no longer necessary.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@textera.lt and we will respond.
